Change in Support Hours

Zedmed will be making a change to its standard support hours from Monday 16th November, 2020.

The new hours of coverage will be:

Monday to Friday:      8am to 7pm
Saturday:                    9am to 12pm

All times are in AEDT.

Our Support Team is available on 1300 933 000 during these times.

Out-of-hours bookings for tech support are still available outside of these hours, please contact the helpdesk for further information.
