Holiday Support Hours

If you need additional help during the Christmas and New Year’s holiday period, our Support Team will be available on 1300 933 000 on the following days:

  • Friday 24th December: 8am to 2pm
  • Christmas Day: CLOSED
  • Monday 27th December: 9am-1pm
  • Tuesday 28th December: 9am-1pm
  • Wednesday 29th December: 8am-7pm (5pm-7pm for emergencies)
  • Thursday 30th December: 8am-7pm (5pm-7pm for emergencies)
  • New Year’s Eve: 8am-7pm (5-7pm for emergencies)
  • New Year’s Day: CLOSED
  • Monday 3rd January: 9am-1pm

Our normal hours of support are Monday to Friday 8:00am-7:00pm (5-7pm for emergencies) and Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm (AEDT) for emergencies only. 

If you need assistance outside of these hours, please leave a message or email support@zedmed.com.au and our Support Team will get back to you as soon as possible.
