All Zedmed updates are included for free with your subscription.
Will I be charged for accessing support?
Support during our office hours is free and unlimited. We pride ourselves on being Australian based and responsive to all of our customers.
Do you charge to access the training webinars?
The webinars are all included for free with any subscription.
Are there set up costs?
Sometimes there will be an initial set up fee for database set up, go-live implementation and/or on-site and remote training.
Will I get an account manager?
In addition to our how-to guides and strong support team, we will also have account managers to help look after you every step of the way.
Do I need to sign a long‑term contract?
You can choose a subscription term that suits your practice, and contracts are designed to give you choice and transparency rather than lock you in. If you ever need to adjust your number of users or switch between cloud and on‑premise models, we can support that with minimal disruption.
