Secure Send
Secure Send is a feature that uses email or ZedSMS to send invoices, documents and referrals (including radiology and pathology referrals) to the patient or payer using a link to a secure download.

When you securely send something e.g. the recipients will need to use a one time pass code (OTP) to access the documents.
Access from home
Patients or NOK Account Payers can now easily download their documents at home from our secure servers. This feature is great for telehealth appointments
