Do you charge for updates?

All Zedmed updates are included for free.

Will I be charged for accessing support?

Support during our office hours is free and unlimited. Additionally, we pride ourselves on being Australian based and responsive to all of our customers.

Do you charge to access the training webinars?

The webinars are all included for free with any subscription.

Are there set up costs?

Sometimes there will be an initial set up fee for database set up, go-live implementation and or on-site and remote training.

Will I get an account manager?

In addition to our how to guides and strong support team. We will also have account managers to help look after you every step of the way.
